Many women are going around in bras that don't fit them right. But there's no need to be uncomfortable: Expert Susan Nethero of Intimacy, a chain of bra boutiques, has advice on how to find the best bra for you.

Watch the segment from TODAY:
According to Susan Nethro, 85% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. If you have gained or lost weight, if you are getting older, your bra size will change. Time to make some adjustments.

65% of women say they want more comfort from their bra. What does more comfort mean?  More support, no pulling or tugging on your back?  You need to discover what adjustments need to be made in order to find a bra that fits you perfectly.  Lingerie stores will provide measurements for you, so you can know what cup you should be using (and most women are quite surprised by what those results are).    It's important to determine the right size and shape for you. Comfort is key!

How can you tell if you are wearing the wrong size bra? Some signs are: if the cup wrinkles up, if you feel you do not have support, or if the band across the back is too tight. If you measure yourself, you should get a more accurate idea of your bra size, so that you can find the perfect bra for you. You can also follow these tips to extend the life of your bras.

Here are some great bra ideas for the approaching summer months.
