The symptoms of menopause can be treated medically or holistically. Talk to your doctor about the risk factors with the treatments, so you can discover what might be best for you. HRT, soy consumption, change in diet, exercise (particularly yoga): all have been shown to help with various menopause (and perimenopause) symptoms. The 5 sexual challenges of menopause can be overcome.
Learn how other women are coping with the "change of life", and share your concerns, experience and wisdom to make the transition easier.
